A combination of high winds and rainy days has kept me off the water for most of this month.  I happened to be off on a day when the winds were super low.  I fished walnut creek and the creek channel leading to the creek.  Only caught one bass in open water while trolling a crank bait in the creek channel.

Caught five more bass in the creek using a white spinner bait, a silver rattle trap, and a white/black crank bait.  Caught several bluegills along the tree lines using a small popper on my fly rod.
